The Homos Have Come A Long Way
Recently it has come to my attention that one of Seattle's city council candidates, Tom Rasmussen, is indeed a homosexual.
Being one myself I find this intriguing, more for the fact that he is and I hadn't heard this than that he is gay at all. Instead of this being news, it has become just a regular part of political discourse in our fair city.
Tom is running against Margaret "Mullah" Pageler, an evil women who has become captive to downtown business interests and cravenly licks the boots of developers whenever she gets the chance. I'm definitely voting for Tom, and the funny thing is, him being a homo has little to nothing to do with it. I guess we've truly come a long way baby.
