The Best Analysis Ever, Forget the South

Old Times There Are Not Forgotten
The Washington Post's Thomas Schaller gets it right when he says the Democrats should concede the South and move on to more promising states, especially in the Southwest.
I've been saying this for years, that all the time, money and effort we pour into the South is a waste. The past two elections have proven me right. In 2002 the Dems put up a moderate black candidate for Senate in Texas and an extremely conservative, anti-abortion white guy in South Carolina. They both lost. The Democratic share of the vote in the South has been shrinking for decades, while growing in other states like California and Arizona.
Move on, it's time to forget the South and concentrate on developing a winning strategy in states that can carry the Democratic candidate to victory in 2004.

The Free Paris Hilton Sex Video

I've seen it and she looks totally out of it, it's all grainy and green anyway, and one of her tits is bigger than the other, or maybe it's just the position she's in.
The most hilarious thing is that she's getting it doggie-style and she jumps off the bed to answer her cell phone, leaving Rick Soloman complaining and bitching on the bed
I'd share it with ya'll if I could find a way to upload it someplace and link from this site.

The Constitutionality of the Filibuster

Sen.Lindsay Graham says the use of the filibuster is unconstitutional and he's going to take the issue to the Supreme Court.
Graham is dead wrong on that issue and it's embarassing that someone elected to the Senate wouldn't know the Constitution well enough to know the facts as stated in Article 1, Section 5. This section covers the Legislative branch and states the following:
Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Clearly there exists no basis for a challenge on constitutional grounds to the use of the filibuster to stop juudicial nominations. The Senate has set the rules for confirmation as well as the filibuster and the Democrats are using them to their advantage.
