Falcons and Hawks Everywhere
For the first time in more than 70 years we have a pair of peregrine falcons living in San Francisco. They've made their nest on the 70th floor of the PGE building in downtown San Francisco and have two hatchlings. This coupled with the red-shouldered hawks living in our neighborhood on Twin Peaks means San Francisco is becoming a haven for raptors. I love that and hope they keep killing all the rats and pigeons they can.
