The Party
We had The Good Doc's 40th birthday party this weekend, Saturday to be precise, and it went off beautifuly and without a hitch. I've got pictures and the set the DJ played and will post them, either later this week or next. The food was great, the music kickin' and everyone there had a great time. The only incident to speak of was one of my bitchy old neighbors calling the SFPD at 11:00 PRECISE to complain about the music, despite me delivering invites to all requesting that they telephone me BEFORE they called the police. Those poor cops, by the time they got here we'd all moved inside and there was no music to be heard.
I've got a busy schedule coming up with leaving for Seattle Thursday and then from there to New Orleans on Saturday. After this week everything should calm down for a little while, with enough time for me to gather my wits about me and head out on my next adventure.
