Taylor is going to drag us into Christmas whether we like it or not. Saturday he got Mensa Boy to bring out the tree and ornaments. They got all the lights on and it looks like he's put some ornaments on. I told him I'd help him finish, but he says he's "done." I'm not sure what that means. I think he doesn't realize there are a lot more ornaments. Either that or he's just picked out the ones he likes and doesn't want the others on there. Right now the tree looks kind of bare.

Nate put the lights on the front bushes, so now Cassie can stop making disparaging comments about how bare our house looks. Nate did a great job.

I have not helped at all. I was struck down with a migraine for a bit and then spent part of the day yesterday with a friend visiting her husband in the hospital. Today I have an interview for a story and I have a couple other stories that need to be wrapped up. And a dentist appointment. Yuck.

No sign of the Nintendo Wii yet. Circuit City advertised in their circular Sunday that they had some, but my friend Rena must not have have seen any when she went around noon yesterday, because she didn't call to say there were any on the shelf.

I'm still refusing to be concerned about that. I probably should start thinking about holiday baking, actually.
