I've been delighted that the Kashi people have started selling more and more stuff. Good quality food products. I always wanted to eat Kashi cereal because of it's high fiber content, but just couldn't develop a taste for it. It was a puffed cereal that rapidly got soggy and it really didn't seem to have much flavor.

When Kashi granola bars hit the market a bit ago, I found a great breakfast companion. High in fiber, lower in sugar, but not so low that I felt like I was eating twigs. A Kashi granola bar and some yogurt make a great breakfast for me. Protein, some sugar, fiber, flavor. I've got it all!

Now Kashi has been coming out with snack cracker and other items. But the big thing I stumbled on the other day is a new cereal. It's called Cinnamon Harvest and man! It's like the best cinnamon toast you've ever had, in the shape of small, shredded wheat biscuits.

Kashi also seems to be trying to keep the cost down on their stuff. It just doesn't seem that much more expensive than other cereals, crackers, and granola bars.

I like it when a good company brings itself down to the normal people. And when they branch out to offer more stuff.
