Last night we went to see "Night at the Museum." Excellent movie! And I think we barely got in. The place was entirely packed. We went with another family and couldn't even get seats together. They sat about 12 rows up from us. After the movie we tried to hit Brixx pizza but there was a 45 minute wait there. We finally just went home.

The movie is about how all the exhibits in a natural history museum come alive at night. Ben Stiller was the night watchman which, I have to admit, had I known he was in the movie I probably wouldn't have gone. Stiller is in a small group of actors that I simply don't care much for. Mike Myers is in there too.

The cast was amazing...Robin Williams, Mickey Rooney, Dick Van Dyke...but the one I really enjoyed was the Mr. McPhee, the museum director, played by Ricky Gervais. He was an absolute stitch. I kept trying to remember where I'd seen him before. It must have been in the couple of episodes of  "The Office" that I've seen.
