So Where Is Ken Starr?   Why are the Republicans not hollering for the head of their leader who has lied to the American Public?  Oh… I forget.  It is only Clinton who deserved to be impeached for his lying about his affair with Monica.  No, it is perfectly acceptable to lie in order to pave the way for an attack on another nation.   Ah… I forget.  It was just a small matter of emphasis. 7:38:19 PM    talk to Baby! []

Please Read This About Bush Co. Tax Cuts   Sacrifice for Suckers is a brilliant essay on the full scope of the Bush Co. tax cuts.   Ronald Reagan spent the USSR into oblivion.  Does Bush intend to do the same for the US?   It appears to me that the only cuts are for people who are on the end of the recipient chain for federal largesse.  Nowhere does it appear that Bush Co. is taking the Clinton approach to cutting government spending by cutting the budgets of the executive branches in DC.  Instead, new jobs for bureaucrats continue to spew out of federal agencies and more regulations and rules are being written that will further restrain both state and local entities, small business, and individuals.    I am not opposed to cutting taxes.  Goodness knows I think that we pay too much for what we get from our money.  But the Bush Co. plan is antithetical to his claim of compassion.  Wait… I think I just got it.  Bush Co. is compassionate towards his political cronies and contributors.  The rest of us can rot in hell. 12:54:21 PM    talk to Baby! []

Resume of George W. Bush – US President   Some short time ago I was having some kind of heated conversation with someone about the state of the US and I brought up Mr. Bush’s qualifications and experience for the job he currently holds.  This got me thinking about writing up a resume for him.   However, as with all good ideas, this one has already been done.   So, here we have the resume of the President including his accomplishments in office thanks to Kelley Kramer, who writes for the Liberal Slant. 5:18:40 AM    talk to Baby! []
