Using money that is supposed to help the poorest of our citizens to promote partisan politics is despicable. But then we all know that Commander Codpiece needs all the money he can save from his Repug fat cats to actually win reelection.
HHS budget is the one that King George has been most critical of as it is pledged to helping out the little person who is normally scorned by neocons.
