PAKISTAN / WHITE HOUSE SCANDAL     I've always felt that something did not ring true in the recent uncovering of Pakistan illegal nuclear sales and then quick pardon of Pakistan's top nuclear scientist. It had sort of a ' Saudi ' feel to it ~ like we don't want to dig too deep ~ it could be embarassing for the CIA and the Bushites. Well , guess what ~ my intuition was correct and Al Martin opens up a pandora's box for all the world to see; " Interestingly enough, this daisy chain of Bushonian fraud and deceit has a twofold purpose ­ to enrich Bushes, the Republican Party and Pro-Bush faction entities with the party and to provide a further pretext for the maintenance of ever-increasing defense expenditures, claiming that these ³terrorist² states in question are being illegally nuclearized by Pakistan, despite the fact it is the Bush Cheney Regime encouraging them to do so. "   Allen L Roland       Bush Cabal¹s Nuclear Weapon Profiteering: From the White House to Islamabad   Al Martin today   (Feb 9) There is much more mischief making behind the scenes of the recent revelations about Pakistan¹s president General Pervez Musharraf, who has pardoned his nuclear weapons chief Dr. Abdul Khan after a televised mea culpa about selling embargoed US technology. In 1986, the Reagan-Bush Regimebegan selling nuclear weapons technology to the government of Pakistan openly, with the understanding that this was for Pakistan¹s own use and that Pakistan would not become a reseller of said technology or any nuclearweapons built. The Reagan-Bush Regime undertook this because the Soviet Union, at the time, had provided similar technology to allow India to nuclearize. so the United States countered and sold the same technology to Pakistan. Even though this was done with the understanding that they could not resell the technology, Pakistan immediately began to set up off-shore shells, principally in southeast Asia, Malaysia and Indonesia to manufacture, based on US technology it had bought, thermo-nuclear components, in partnership with US defense contractors, acting surreptitiously through offshore shells, principally in Hong Kong. These sales to Pakistan were suspended by the Clinton Regime, when they had accurately pointed out that Pakistan had broken this agreement and had, in fact, sold US made thermo-nuclear weapons technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea, a claim Pakistan did not deny. When the Bush Cheney Regime came into power, it immediately resumed sales of this American embargoed thermo-nuclear technology to Pakistan. It must be remembered that this was classified technology that the Reagan-Bush Regime was forbidden by law to even sell to Pakistan. Under the 1982 Boland amendment, these sales were clearly illicit ­ and still are. Weapons inspector David Kay pointed out that one of these offshore companies that Musharraf and Abdul Khan had set up in Malaysia was a manufacturing facility to produce kryton switches, the pressure sensitive switches which are necessary to detonate a thermo-nuclear weapon and are also used in binary chemical and biological bombs and artillery shells. This company in Malaysia was in partnership with the Boeing-Bell consortium, as well as United Defense, the former Carlyle Group spin-off. This offshore company in Malaysia had granted a consulting contract to the international  consulting firm set up and owned by Neil Bush and the Harvard educated engineer and son of President Jiang Zi Min of China. Kay alluded to this (but didn¹t come right out and say it) that this is a huge potential scandal ~ ­ how the Reagan- Bush Regime and the subsequent Bush Cheney regime illegally sold this technology to Pakistan and in fact encouraged Pakistan to illegally sell this technology to embargoed nations, to wit Iran Libya and North Korea (so-called terrorist states) in order for offshore shells to be set up through the Pakistanis in conjunction with pro Bush faction controlled US defense contractors, who made enormous sums of money ­ and from those sums of money, enormous donations to the Republican National Committee and more importantly to offshore accounts of Republican interest groups. The second agenda that was served is that it allowed both the Reagan-Bush and Bush-Cheney Regimes to claim that Iran, Libya, and North Korea were not only ³terrorist states² but were accumulating thermo-nuclear weapons, thus giving the US the potential pretext for increasing military hostility toward those countries with a possible eye to invading them, when it became politically expedient to do so, in order to provide yet another distraction from Bushonomics for the American people. That is the complete circle, and as Kay pointed out, this is an enormous potential scandal, if somebody wanted to hammer on it and bring it out the right way. The number of Bushes involved in this is astonishing, George Bush Jr. having been involved in a consulting group with his brother Neil and Bill Daniels that profited from its relationship with Martin Marietta pursuant to the illegal technology/ construction of missile components and systems for the Pakistani armed forces. Interestingly enough, this daisy chain of Bushonian fraud and deceit has a twofold purpose ­ to enrich Bushes, the Republican Party and Pro-Bush faction entities with the party and to provide a further pretext for the maintenance of ever-increasing defense expenditures, claiming that these ³terrorist² states in question are being illegally nuclearized by Pakistan, despite the fact it is the Bush Cheney Regime encouraging them to do so. All of the Bush Family has profited from these illegal transactions. Marvin Bush profited in these transactions in that Marvin is headquartered in London and is the European general manager of Carlyle Group Limited operations, including Carlyle¹s western European defense consulting group, which is owned 50% by Carlyle and 50% by Kissinger Associates. Kissinger Associates through its shadowy offshore shells in the Arab Emirates provided transportation and facilitation capabilities that allowed Pakistan to ship nuclear components to Libya and North Korea. And why was it necessary for President Musharraf to explain away and subsequently pardon Dr Abdul Khan? The White House leaked the Khan story out on purpose to the Washington Post and the next day it was everywhere. They did it to pre-empt the United Nations from putting out a story of its own. The UN had received documentation from a North Korean defector to whom the UN had issued a passport. It should be remembered the UN has the right to issue UN passports and to protect whistleblowers. These documents, which were North Korean documents, clearly indicated the quantities of nuclear materials that the Pakistanis had sold to North Korea, This also included the quantities of missiles that North Korea had shipped to Pakistan. Pakistan developed its own thermonuclear warheads based on technology and components we sold to the Pakistanis. We did not however sell the Pakistanis any missiles. That would be too overt. The Pakistanis then resold our nuclear technology and materials to North Korea, which doesn¹t have any money, so they paid for it with missiles because the Pakistanis couldn¹t develop their own medium range missiles. North Korea already had them developed. Now all the missiles that Pakistan has with nuclear warheads on top are North Korean. This hasn¹t been widely known. What was sensitive about it is that the Koreans had requested a letter from President Musharraf (because they were nervous about buying US made technology through Pakistan) with assurances that the United States was aware that Pakistan was selling its technology to nations that the United States had listed as ³terrorist² nations and or rogue states. From their embassy in North Korea, the Pakistanis had provided such assurances. And that¹s why Musharraf had to go public and why A.Q. Khan had to apologize. Then there¹s David Kay who was a scandal in himself. In 1991, after the first defeat of Saddam Hussein, the United Nations in conjunction with the United States and its allies formed UNSCOM, the UN weapons inspection force in Iraq. This was done under the auspices of senior UN weapons inspector Hans Blix. The US representative to this UNSCOM team was David Kay. When Hans Blix brought forth allegations that David Kay was in fact a CIA agent and was sharing classified UN data with the CIA, the Bush I regime said it was not true. They said that David Kay was not a member of the CIA and was not cooperating with the CIA, didn¹t work with them and had no relationship with them. That was of course subsequently proven to be a lie. In 1995 when UNSCOM completed its final weapons inspection report that Iraq was free of nuclear weapons and that everything that had been found was dismantled and that the Hussein regime had cooperated, Scott Ritter at that time became the whistleblower. What prompted him was that his minority opinion report within the overall UNSCOM report was omitted. This also upset Hans Blix ­ that the CIA exerted pressure against the UN to have Scott Ritter¹s minority report omitted. Why? Because Ritter had made note of the manufacture serial numbers and dates of all the biochemical and nuclear weapon components found in Iraq. In that report, Ritter clearly noted that everything Iraq had was made in the United States. He pointed out who the manufacturers were and when it was sold. When that was omitted Ritter became a turncoat. The first thing he did as a whistleblower was to identify the fact that the Bush I Regime had lied and that David Kay was in fact working for the CIA at the time and was in fact sharing classified UN reports with the CIA at the specific direction of the Bush I Regime, which was unknown at that point. The CIA director at the time James Woolsey was then forced to admit that David Kay was working for the CIA and was a CIA agent all along because Blix had an actual document from the CIA. That discredited Kay tremendously. Then, upon the formation of the subsequent United Nations IFOR, the second weapons inspection team which was formed because the Bush-Cheney Regime was unhappy with the results of the original UN report,. They kept saying it was wrong, that there still were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, that the UN was of course pro-Iraq and socialist welfare nations dominated it and were going to be petulant and withhold money we owe to the. UN ­ until the UN finds the WMDs (Weapons of Mass Disappearance) in Iraq. Kay then became the US representative to IFOR to which Kofi Annan objected. He told George Bush that here you are appointing a guy who lied once before, who stole information and gave it surreptitiously to the CIA when your father¹s administration had given us assurances that this wasn¹t the case. Bush told Kofi Annan, Look we¹re Bushes. We lie. IFOR then concluded its operation in 2001 and finished its so-called second UN draft report, the final UN inspection report. IFOR claimed in 2001 exactly what UNSCOM had claimed in 1995 ­ that there are no longer any Weapons of Mass Disappearance in Iraq, that they all had been disassembled and destroyed. The only thing that had been found from 1995 until 2001 was spent casings and old pieces of weapon components that didn¹t work to begin with and that were never operable which Hussein had bought on the secondary market from offshore US defense groups including the Trans Global Armaments Group Ltd (which also included Neil and Jeb Bush by the way). Since these components never worked with, in fact, Saddam Hussein got scammed. Then we go into Iraq a second time and this time David Kay is put in charge of the CIA¹s new search for weapons of mass destruction team. Kay submits his final report on September 14, 2003, in which he again reiterates there are no weapons of mass destruction. The only thing that was found were some spent 122mm Soviet chemical artillery shells that never had warheads attached to them, The warheads were in fact dummies. These shells had been bought by the European military defense consulting group owned by Carlyle and Kissinger from the Russians for almost nothing because the shells were dummy shells. They were all practice dummy shells, which contained water and ammonia. So Saddam got scammed a second time. Then in September, when George Bush read the final report, he instructed CIA director George Tenet, who then instructed David Kay to classify this report (which was supposed to be the final report) as an interim report, despite the fact that the CIA had previously announced that this was the final report. This caused George Tenet to do some fast footwork to try to get out of it. David Kay has left as the CIA¹s chief weapons inspector in Iraq. George Tenet has now said that the US will resume a second phase of searching to find weapons of mass disappearance. Tenet then said that we have already spent a billion dollars of the American people¹s money since 1995 looking for these weapons ­ and still haven¹t found any. Tenet also said that the White House and Secretary Rumsfeld have assured us that such weapons exist and that the CIA has been instructed to spend as much of the American taxpayers money as necessary to use Tenet¹s own words ³to dig holes in the desert.² Then the day after his speech at Georgetown University, Tenet again reversed what he said. Most recently he said that the ultimate and final secondary complete report on CIA search for WMDs would be completed by the September 14 deadline before the elections. Then he reversed that and said that he had been informed by President Bush and Secretary Rumsfeld that ³it would not be possible² for the CIA to have the report finished before the November election. Think about it. Tenet is the director of the CIA but he said that he had been informed by Bush and Rumsfeld that the agency that he heads could not possibly have the final report done before the election. The final report is going to say what the interim report said. As David Kay noted, the final report he submitted in September which was then relisted as an interim report which will be again relisted as the finalreport after the election is going to say that which we already know -- there aren¹t any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and there haven¹t been any since 1995. Rumsfeld directly contradicted what Tenet said. He said he can assure all loyal senators who have stuck their political necks out to support our president and our operations in Iraq that there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. And by God, we¹ll keep digging and we will spend billions of dollars to find them or until we¹re out of office ­and then thefinal report will be released. George Bush in his speech in South Carolina said that we know that Iraq was supporting terrorist groups and he's right. Iraq did support terrorist groups . It supported the Afghani mujahideen, which the CIA created and financed against the Soviets. It supported Saddam Hussein's regime. It supported a dissident Libyan group, which the CIA had also formed to obstruct and frustrate the Libyan leader Moammar Khaddafi. Bush is actually smart to say this. He said that we knew that Saddam Hussein had links to Osama bin Laden and supported him. And he¹s right. Osama bin Laden was the leader of the Mujahideen that the CIA created in 1985, and it was Iraq that was the principal supporter. That¹s where most of the money came from. The CIA didn¹t have enough money and, by this time, they couldn't raise enough money covertly through narcotics trafficking to supply the Mujahideen with all of the weapons they wanted . The money camefrom the Hussein regime. Furthermore Iraq allowed its territory to be used for trans-shipment of US-made weapons systems to the Mujahideen in Afghanistan. Sure Saddam supported Osama bin Laden. Why? George Bush Senior told him to. But Junior isn¹t telling you that. So when will they ever learn?
