I thought you would get a kick out of Pat Oliphant's
cartoon in yesterdays post ~ Lieberman is such a suck up .
Cheney has him drooling for Rummie's job but is
laughing at him behind his back ~ like he did with
Powell. Colin will never live down his speech of lies at
the U.N. and, of course, Dick set him up ( chuckle )
We can use sleepy Joe to drive a wedge into the
Democrats and isolate the anti-war bunch who are
beginning to feel empowered.
Joe is now your lap dog ~ like the Brits call Blair your
poodle dog. They are both intoxicated by political power
and so easy to manipulate ( chuckle )
Condi laid an egg in Europe ~ no one believed her
but who cares ~ we still have our mandate and you
are still the most powerful and feared person in the world .
( Of course, only I know that your still afraid of the dark
and you've been seen lately stealing a few sips of the demon
rum ~ these secrets are safe of course )
Everything is set up for the election in Iraq . Can you
believe it ~ we occupy the country, we set up the election,
we pick the candidates and we count the votes .
It doesn't get any better than this ( chuckle )
Cheney is getting edgy ~ He wants to make a war with
Syria an extension of the Iraq war and he's fed up with
McCain's anti-torture campaign.
Who does McCain think he is ?
We are in charge and we have the mandate ~ Dick
wants to put him in his place like we did with Joe Wilson.
( Whoops , you never heard me say that even if your
under oath )
Cheney's got me convinced and he says that you've already
laid the groundwork by accusing Syria of harboring senior
Iraqi officials.
We have pulled the Ambassador to Syria and laid the
blame for Hariri's assassination on them ~ even though
we know the Israeli's were knee deep in this ( Chuckle )
Now, guess what, Syria and Iran are forming a ' common
front ' to confront threats from us .
We have them where we want them .
How lucky can we get ?
I'm getting alittle worried about the mid-term elections
and perhaps it's time to remind the public that you are
the War President.
The media will continue to give us a free ride. They will fall
over themselves trying to be patriotic.
However, the public is getting concerned with the growing war dead and wounded ( If they knew the real numbers they would take to the streets ~ so let's keep them distracted )
The spineless Democrats are still comatose and with
Lieberman on our bandwagon we've still got credits
to spend ~ so, as Dick says, let's spend them now.
