THE RISE OF INCOMPETENCE / AMERICA RATES BUSH
We note that Americans are finally catching on to the fact that Mr. Bush is not honest, but is a liar lacking in integrity, who is also clearly incompetent and an idiot: Intelligence Squad.
Last week, the Pew Research Center released the results from the latest in its series of polls on American's attitudes toward "President" Bush.
One of the most fascinating questions the Pew Center asks in these polls is for the respondent to offer off the top of his head one-word descriptions of Mr. Bush.
The top results from the last three waves of this survey are shown below. The number beside each term represents the number of people using that word. The sample size for this question was over 700.
Note the steady rise of Incompetence and dramatic fall of Integrity.

We note that Americans are finally catching on to the fact that Mr. Bush is not honest, but is a liar lacking in integrity, who is also clearly incompetent and an idiot.
How much better the world might be if more Americans had recognized this earlier (say, by November of 2000), but we suppose "better late than never" applies here.
