Claiming dyslexia, an abnormal difficulty in reading and spelling, caused by a condition of the brain, which George W Bush has never quite outgrown ~ Bush finally admits his huge mistake in attacking Iraq when, in reality, he really wanted to attack Iran.
Bush is now ready to hand Iraq back to Saddam and redeploy the troops into Iran " who really has WMD's and just as much oil ."

Iraqi Invasion a "Huge" Mistake Admits Bush

Washington, DC, 11/25/06 (Rioters News Service): President Bush called a press conference today to drop a bombshell announcement. After opening pleasantries, Mr. Bush boldly proclaimed to assembled reporters that "The Iraq Invasion was a Huge Mistake. I mean a GREAT OLD BIG HUGE One!" he said to a stunned audience or hardened reporters. Even battle-hardened Helen Thomas fainted on the spot and had to be revived by paramedics.
"What I mean to say," the president said. "is that invading the country of Iraq was the mistake, not the invasion itself. We knew we were going to invade somebody, and we knew we were going to invade somebody sitting on a lot of oil. We just got the doggone country wrong! And, here I am admitting a mistake when everyone says I've never been able to do so. That'll prove all my critics wrong!"
"See, we were supposed to invade IRAN all along, not Iraq, dagnabbit! Believe you me, some heads are gonna roll on this one, unless the fault was with uncle Cheney of course, and then I guess it will have to be all right. Anybody else though, and his ass is grass."
"Now we're gonna be forced to regroup and do this thing right. I know we used the WMD excuse and all that, but it sure looks like we're gonna have to apologize to Ol' Saddam and put him back where he belongs - running the country. He's the only one who's ever been able to do it anyway. I sure hope he's gonna be big about it and understand. You know I've always really liked him personally and all and I sure hope he won't hold any hard feelings or anything. If we have to grease things for him with a few hundred billion dollars or so, then so be it - it's just taxpayer money after all."
"If you think about it," said Bush. "you can see how easy it was to make this kind of mistake. I mean see, 'IRAQ' and 'IRAN' are both four-letter names and both start with the exact same three letters, right? And they're both middle eastern countries, see? And they both have a bunch of Muslims in 'em, right? And then, there's all that oil, right? Hell, it's no damned wonder we made a simple mistake like that. In fact, it would have been pretty damned odd if we hadn't for gosh sakes!"
"And in view of the public opinion on this here Iraq war, looking back, who can blame 'em? He asked. "So, our duty now is to recalibrate this war thingy, see? We're gonna straighten out Iraq as much as we can and turn it back to Saddam. We're gonna get our boys out of there as soon as possible. But, since we're already in the neighborhood see, we're gonna head on over and pay a call on the Allatollah himself. And, unlike in Iraq, we KNOW those Iranians are working on those nukeklear bombs. So, right there's your WMD's right there, see?"
"And, this will prove we were right all along, even if we had to invade the wrong country to do it!"
