DEATH OF A PRESIDENT / A BRILLIANT AND TIMELY FILM
March 20th, 2003 was a day of infamy ~ for it was the day the United states preemptively and illegally attacked a sovereign country Iraq ~ and after four years Iraqis are less secure, our troops are less prepared, the world is less safe and the American people are increasingly less patient in demanding Bush to end this costly nightmare by bringing the troops home. It is in such settings that calamitous events usually occur: Allen L Roland
Six months from now, if we are still illegally occupying Iraq ~ An angry American public will be taking to the streets in greater numbers and security for George W Bush will be greatly strained.
Break away from the TV tonight, turn on the computer and watch this riveting 90 minute video depiction of the assassination of George W Bush in late 2007. This is not a hate Bush film ~ for it is told with great compassion and sympathy but the timeliness is noteworthy.
It takes place in October of 2007, the undertow of anti-war, anti-Bush feelings have reached a crescendo where a mere spark could start a blaze ~ as it does here in Chicago.
Without giving away the plot ~ do not underestimate the heartache and wrath of parents who have lost their sons and daughters for the folly of the Cheney/Bush illegal war and occupation of Iraq.
