As I have written and long suspected, the original source of the Cheney/Bush administration's now well documented evidence of lies, deception and abuse of power all began before and on 9/11 and implicate Dick Cheney along with Donald Rumsfeld and George W Bush ~ who all must be forced to testify under oath and before January, 2009.

The implication being that a deliberately constructed deception has occurred regarding events on that morning which downplayed Cheney's role in key decisions inorder to protect the subsequent exploitation of this event by Cheney to implement his already prepared reckless global neocon design. With that realization, both Rumsfeld's and Bush's inaction on that morning are understandable ~ Cheney was in charge and saw an opportunity to implement his own agenda as he has subsequently done in the White House.
