WE ARE THE ONES WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IN 2008
The great river of change is now running and all of us are part of that change for we cannot make the great transition without the true voice of the people ~ and the candidate who understands this will emerge victorious in 2008: Allen L Roland
At the beginning of 2003 I was one among thousands
if not millions of Americans ~ who marched in protest , wrote letters, sent emails in dissent of the Cheney/Bush illegal preemptive attack and occupation of Iraq.
Little did I realize that a great river was beginning to flow.
Later that election year I became one of thousands if not millions
of Americans who were looking for a candidate who
could lead us back to ourselves and our original principles
of liberty and freedom.
Four years later I am still one of thousands if not millions of Americans who are still looking for a candidate who can lead us out of the Cheney/Bush neocon quagmire of crushed principles and greed to our original principles of liberty, integrity and freedom.
Now, in 2008, virtually all of the people are beginning to demand a change from the establishment status quo and elect leadership that truly represents the voice of the people.
Iowa was an indication of the need for change and a new direction.
The great river is now running very fast .
Now I realize along with thousands if not millions of
Americans that I am in that swift river, trusting its destination and
celebrating its power ~ for its power
is the voice of the people collectively demanding change.
With each blog I write exposing the lies and deceptions
of this administration I find myself joined by thousands
if not millions of Americans who will no longer settle for the status Quo or politics as usual and are joined by our common desire
for the truth and political fair play.
The great river is now powerful and swift and nothing
can keep it from its destination .
Only now can we understand the Message from
the Hopi Elders ;
" We have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour.
And there are things to be considered.
Where are you living? What are you doing?
What are your relationships? Are you in the right relation?
Where is your water? Know your garden.
It is time to speak your truth
Create your community. Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.
This could be a good time!
There is a river flowing now very fast
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold onto the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore, and push off and into the river,
Keep our eyes open, and our head above the water.
See who is in there with you and Celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all ourselves.
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over, Gather yourselves!
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.
All that you do now must be done in a sacred manner
And in celebration.
We are the ones we've been waiting for..."
