RON PAUL ON GAZA, ECONOMY AND COMMON SENSE
In a world of posturing politicians, many beholden to AIPAC and other special interest groups, Ron Paul speaks out on Gaza, the need for an honest neutral Middle East broker as well as common sense observations about our deteriorating debt ridden economy: Allen L Roland
I did not vote for Ron Paul but I admired his constitutional values and plain speaking truths about America and where we are heading ~ particularly regarding the current Middle East crisis.
Regarding Israel's attack on Gaza, I completely agree with Glenn Greenwald , Salon, who writes ~ " the pervasive opposition and anger around the world from the Israeli assault on Gaza is not only directed to Israel but ~ quite rationally and understandably ~ to America as well. Virtually the entire world, other than large segments of the American public, see Israeli actions as American actions. The attack on Gaza thus harms not only Israel's reputation and credibility, but America's reputation and credibility as well." http://www.salon.com/opinion/greenwald/2009/01/02/israel/
Yet Obama, Clinton and Biden all remain curiously silent about this crisis except for Democrat Dennis Kucinich and Republican Ron Paul.
