SUNSET LAW AND THE GREAT SYNCHRONOUS SUNSET POSTING

Now comes the twist I mentioned earlier. Dr. Omed suspects that most of you who visit the Tent Show share his belief that George W. Bush’s continued usurpation of the office of President of the United States is detrimental to democracy both here and abroad, and downright unhealthy for the planet. I also believe that if all those that oppose Bush work together and vote together, the sun will go down on him and his Administration. We do have a sunset law in this country—it’s called an election.
Listen up, Pilgrims. Dr. Omed would like you join him in a little Psy-Ops gambit aimed at the White House. All you have to do is this: Take one sunset image of your choice, and email it as an attachment to president@whitehouse.gov. Put “SUNSET LAW” in the title line. Repeat as many times as you like. I have sent test emails to this address and it will accept attachments as long as they’re not too big. I sent a 10K .jpg, and got email receipt back from the White House auto-responder.
Tomorrow is President’s Day, and I think that’s the perfect day to inaugurate a sundown campaign on Dubya. What do you think?
BTW, is anyone interested in the idea of 24 hour round the clock, round the world, synchronous sunset posting, or am I suffering from delusions of grandeur, thinking such a stunt could be pulled off? |
