Sad to say, but the stencil graffiti wall I featured in my last Roadside Attractions post has been painted over. I passed by it this weekend. All gone. It may be private or public anti-graffiti folks saw the pictures on my blog, and the art got painted over because I blogged about it. I think (or hope) I happened to get there just in time to record it for posterity (however long that lasts in the blog-o-sphere) before it was obliterated. I try not to reveal the precise location of graffiti when I blog about it, in case the Tent Show and Roadside Attractions is being monitored by anti-graffiti crusaders. Next time I'll be extra careful not to hand out any clues. In the meantime, for all the guerrilla workers-in-stencil who like to paint it black, here's a suggestion from a friend:
