I started moving stuff into my new apartment in Kanda.  I realized there are no phone-jacks in the place--just round holes for some sort of cables.  I asked one of my neighbors what he did for phone service and he said he hadn't figured it out either, but was thinking of just going with a cable internet provider and then using his mobile phone for all the rest.  I am not quite ready to do this.
