Immediate Opening
Ling Tung College, a college of commerce and management in Taichung, Taiwan, is seeking four instructors of Linguistics and English. We offer a one-year renewable contract as a full time assistant professor. Candidates should be native speakers of English and must have their Ph.D. at time of appointment. Ph.D.s outside the field of English will be accepted. Benefits and salary as follows: 1. monthly salary of NT$ 66,470 (teaching 10 hours weekly), with extra teaching hours paid at NT$665 (per hour). An additional NT$10,000 per month (8 months per year) is paid to professors holding a doctorate. 2. air fare reimbursement (maximum $1,000.00 [U.S.]).
