The vet called at 11:00 pm last night.

He had returned to the clinic after a meeting to try and figure out why Savannah still can't walk.  It doesn't look like it's a "thrown bloodclot."  Instead, based on some x-rays, it looks like her 5th vertebra is "compressed" or cracked.  I don't know which or if there's a difference.

The jist of this is not good.  To heal this would be several thousand dollars and given her other conditions, she wouldn't likely survive.  He's going to review the x-rays with his partner at the clinic this morning.
