Misjudging My Body Size

I'm having a problem with judging how big I am.  I don't mean that in the typical "I'm too fat" or "Does this make my butt look too big?" way, although that's a constant refrain around the house.  I mean that I am turning corners too soon and running into various doors and tables.

The reason this is on my mind is that it's also on my toe.  I kept waking up last night when my little toe would move or touch something (which is apparently, often). I whacked it coming out of the bathroom and turning too soon.  The bruise on my head from last Saturday is almost gone (I bent over to pet the dog and hit the door jamb).  I can only feel that one if I poke my forehead.  Earlier this week, everytime my eyebrows moved (apparently, often) I could feel it.  My legs have various bruises from turning too soon in the bedroom and either hitting the bed or the dog's crate.

I don't know what's up.  Usually, I can walk through doorways without a problem. Dave thinks I need to wear my glasses in the house.  I think I'm just preoccupied.  It reminds me of the time in gradschool working on my dissertation where I would forget to open doors before I (tried to) walk through them.  It happened at home, the library, the bookstore.  Most of the time no one saw me.  At least now, it's only happening at home.

I think I'm going to lose the nail on my little toe.
