Bodacious Ta tas
When I first met Dave, I was quite thin and quite flat-chested. How flat-chested, you ask? Well, my A cup bra had room for growth. After Dave and I started our relationship, I became happy and gained weight. It’s a trend for me—the happier I am the more I weigh. I begged Dave to break up with me for 2 weeks so I could lose weight, but he refused. Meanie. By the time we were married, I could flirt with a B cup bra, but was still quite comfortable in an A. I was not very happy with the weight, but at least I didn’t have to buy bras in the pre-teen section anymore.
I’m giving this background information to you to help you understand why I am so thrilled about my new chestal area. Soon after we became pregnant, the A bras and the small jog bras were right out. Then the B’s became a little tight and I bought my first C cup ever in my life. That was a joyous day as I chased my husband around the house going—“Look at this bra! I think it actually fits. I have boobies!!” I was excited, but I still felt like I was interloping on other women’s territory.
Well, here’s the exciting-for-me part. The C’s have started getting tight. Even my super duper squash ‘em down jog bra for sorta big chested women is getting a bit too tight! The boobage has filled out! And this week, I bought my first D cup bra. D. Cup. Bra. Lord Have Mercy, I am so excited!!!! There’s definitely room for growth in this bra. But never in my life did I ever think I could wear a D cup bra without a great deal of help from padding. (It’s a Miracle!) And we’re not even halfway through the pregnancy!!! Dolly Parton, here I come!!!!!
The sad thing, of course, is that I don’t get to keep these after I’ve finished nursing. As Dave points out, I should not get too attached because I’m only leasing them. But until I have to give them back, I’m just thrilled with my new bodacious ta-tas! I feel like I’m going to be the only pregnant woman in the world running around in low cut, tight tops (and bellowing bottoms) to show off my new assets!
So there. Those of you who have these things normally should appreciate them. Those of you who are of the flat chested variety, this is what you can look forward to when you get pregnant! WOOHOO!!!!!
