Baby Bump 2
I'm getting a bit bigger. The pictures never turn out the same as what I see in the mirror, but isn't that always the case? I'm not sure I mentioned last time that my doc said that sleeping on my back was fine at this stage. Actually, the conversation went like this: Me "What's your opinion on sleeping." Doc: "You should do it as often as possible." Yes, I set him up. But when I asked him about side vs. back, he said "Sleep however it's comfortable. Eventually you won't be able to sleep on your back, and then you'll sleep on your side. You're body will let you know when." He went to Duke for med school, so his opinion counts.
I am happy to be back on my back. Although, it's a bit rougher for Dave, especially after last week's cold. Dave was afraid I'd peeled the paint of the walls the foghorn sounds I was making. All I have to say that if I was waking Dave up with my snoring, it must have been bad!
Evil Kitty
Duncan is moving higher on my shit list right now. I should rephrase that, he's moving higher on my piss list. In the last 12 hours, he's hit Dave's bathrobe and all our running shoes, although some old ones of Dave were the worst hit. I don't think there's enough Feliway in the state to calm this cat down. He's just EVIL! I keep threatening him with diapers, pills and general hatefulness, but it's not working. I think we're getting to the point that even if we didn't have Patches or Scarlett, Duncan would still pee on everything. He's so loving 95% of the time.
OK. Off to work. Yesterday's presentation with the students went really well. Now, I've got to prepare for today's class.
