Daycare Diseases
Last night, I came down with whatever Conor got that led to his "nonserious" croupy cough. I thought it was the flu because I had a fever of 102, and I never have fevers with colds. However, the fever broke last night around 11:30 and now I'm back in cold land.
It was scary going to sleep because I honestly could not breathe! And despite blowing my nose, it wasn't....productive. I was worried that at some point during the night, I'd wake up to find Conor straddling my chest with the big blue bulb threatening to show me exactly what it feels like to have not sucked out of your nose.
Fortunately, although he did come to the big bed last night, he only woke up a few times and only threatened to cry if a boob was not immediately in view. Since the fever was already gone and I was feeling better, I was happy to oblige.
