I'm most happy to report that after a mini cyber-disaster and brief hiatus, Amitai Etzioni Notes is back up
and running!  I first became aware of Prof. Etzioni some 30 years ago when I was an undergraduate and have appreciated his communitarian writings ever since.  Check him out.
