This painting is all about Karl Rove - maybe now that his true colors are more apparent maybe more people will get that. The original hangs in my boss's office. It's called Baker's Boys - James Baker and the Sr. George Bush are in the background conferring over the first Gulf War - and appropriately for what is going on lately the newspaper is the Mobile Register. We know who the puppet master and the puppet are, and we're about to find out who all the other horrified victims of Rove et al. are too, I'd wager. Stay tuned. Grab the popcorn.

Hey, it's getting interesting out there - and unfortunately I don't have time to update you on all the latest developments - but fortunately there are others who are on the case -- Mooncat at www.leftinalabama.com and http://legalschnauzer.blogspot.com/. The Eddie Curran and Scott Horton go at it article is worth it's weight in gold...I'm sorry I'm not on a front row seat for that one!

Be sure to read the comments too - they're pretty insightful - especially on Scott Horton's Harpers page  -

About time this story got legs..
