I have seen and heard some bad Presidential news conferences before, but today's performance in the Rose Garden by George Bush was something else.
He stumbled, he mumbled, he made jokes that weren't funny. He sounded unsure of himself, and to make matters worse he shot himself in the foot, and no one got it.
He said out right his "tax cuts had caused 25% of the deficit!"
He did not answer the questions put to him by reporters about Iraq. The thing was a mess.
As Waylon use to to say "same old fiddle, same old guitar, where do we go from here?
It's time for a change.
