Hello Jay, Loved your comments about managers and management which you went off on the other day, hope you still have your job when Don and Roma return. The managers would keep you until then even if they wanted to fire you that same day.
I love your Jack the giant killer attitude and generally agree with your views. The management owners aren't happy with a fourty foot yacht they want a 50 footer and so on. They unfortunatly keep things from the little guys so they can afford their luxuries. I must in some cases defent the lower managment people as they are just a step above us peons. After getting the sometimes long awaited promotions they find they are sometimes worse off than before, the money is better and benefits greater but now many are required to put on the personality of an asshole. The real assholes being their supervisors, however they are high up and pass along the horse shit to the lower end managers. When they want to be assholes they hide behind the lower eschelons and make them look like the bad guys making the heartless decissions. I thought I was going to write a long letter about this and now that I'm doing it I find that this is all old hat, I'm sure you are aware of the same thoughts that are in my mind and I'm not bringing anything new to you.Keep up the good work. XXX
