We had some friends over tonight to cheer her up. It was so good to see her laugh. We have been together for 23 years, and I love her more and more each day. 11:23:41 PM     Found out Wednesday night how good the Chicago Fire Department paramedics are, and how fast they respond. Mary started feeling funny after we got home from the Mars Gallery benefit for Furry Friends Of Chicago. I called 911, and they were right here in a matter of seconds it seemed like. To make a long story very short they took Mary to Northwestern Hospital emergency room. She stayed over night, and most of yesterday. They think she had a mini stroke. She's home now, and I've taken some time off from the station to watch her. She is the love of my life. If anything were to happen to her I don't know what I would do. 4:44:04 PM
