I've got class now twice a week.  It looks like it might be interesting, though as I look through the syllabus with my boyfriend, he's pointed out certain flaws - and he's absolutely right about them.  I suppose that just might serve to make the class more interesting.  Of course, this does give me ideas for what to write about later on for the big paper.

Sweetie has pointed out to me that I'll get to watch lots of bad movies in class.  Whee.  I am not admittedly a movie person.  Just something about sitting there trying to be totally engaged in what's taking place on a screen does not excite me very much.  There's just not a lot of excitement to it.

Joyce McGreevy just cracks me up.  You should go read her latest column about Taxium here.  I especially love the bit about how when she takes it, she can "feel the medicine coursing through [her] deteriorating infrastructure."
