OK...reading this article reminds me how sickening the political climate is today. Our administration is so totally full of shit it's hard to believe ANYONE could not see it. They talk about Iraq being a part of the war on terror; does that mean they did this to try to get would-be-terrorists to flock into Iraq to make 'em easier to strike? That must be it 'cause there are way most terrorists in Iraq NOW than there were before the war! Is our administration TRYING to make terrorists? Maybe they LIKE terrorists as it helps them justify attacking anyone they please to fight terror even when there weren't any terrorists before the inevitable US occupation of whichever country we decide to invade...
At very least it sure seems they must either be:
TOTAL FUCKING IMBICILES who have no business (no pun intended) running the country...
TOTAL FUCKING ASSHOLES who don't give a shit about the rule of law or the US soldiers they nonchalantly send off to die in a war justified by lies to make some oil barons even richer...
TOTAL FUCKING ASSHOLES who KNOW (as anyone with a second grade education might) that if you PISS OFF THE WORLD and OCCUPY A COUNTRY you might make people more likely to BECOME TERRORISTS! Are they doing this to justify the war on Iraq in retrospect? "We TOLD you there were terrorists there!" (never mind that the terrorists arrived AFTER the invasion which supposedly took place to FIGHT terror).
All scenarios look pretty bad don't they. Can we just stop pretending these people have morals or a clue? They clearly don't have both and may not have either. If we cared about human suffering and saw that as a reason to get involved in a region there are plenty of human rights abuses going on all the time. There just isn't any oil in all those places. We all know politicians lie. But why did people care more about Clinton's blow job lie than about lies that are KILLING PEOPLE? There are AMERICANS (in case no one cares about other countries' pointless deaths) dying. They're living in constant fear and getting their limbs blown off and heads and guts exploded and for what????
We KNOW the reasons for the war were LIES! Doesn't anyone care about this shit? We should hold the administration accountable! DON'T LET THEM SEND MORE AMERICANS OFF TO STUPID BULLSHIT WARS TO FURTHER ENRICH RICH SCUMBAGS WHO REPRESENT ONLY OTHER RICH SCUMBAGS! How can anyone question the patriotism of people who demand "leaders" not lie cynically about why they choose to have wars? War is not PATRIOTIC just cause some rich draft dodger says it is. Why should anyone have to be KILLED for a bunch of bullshit? WHY CAN'T WE WAKE THE FUCK UP?
