Secret trials, secret courts with secret dockets? Granted that many of these cases are drug or terror-related deals, but do you really want NOT to know that a drug enforcer with several murders on his hands is walking around scot-free in your neighborhood because of a deal in a secret proceeding? And once we have a secret Star Chamber court system, who's to say that enemies of the administration WON'T be tried as enemies of the people?
