It seems obvious to us that Ann has never read Mark Twain. She's about on the level of Mallard Fillmore, and remember, Mallard Fillmore is a duck. Name calling isn't satire, it's just verbal bullying and by claiming it's Just a Joke, Ann Coulter betrays the essential cowardice that all bullies own.
