The governor's plan for TennCare is public now:  comprehensive information is here.  I recommend the Briefing Sheets for the easiest-to-understand explanation.  They want our input, and the different ways to give it are provided here.  The Tennessee Anytime front page has a letter from the governor about it all, today.  The link is to the right under navigation.
