How about a nice Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Panini with pears and honey!
Lightly toast a baguette, brush the inside with olive oil and line with slices of prosciutto. Cover with thin slices of ripe pear (include the peel).
Brush the pear with honey, season with pepper and top with fresh basil. Sprinkle with blue cheese, close the sandwich and enjoy!
The Italian for today is mangiare semplicemente ma bene. It means: to eat simply but well.
