
I've planted my garden, so maybe now I'll have time to do some grillin'.
How's this for a menu:
Nam Prik Shrimp marinated in rice vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil and red chili paste
Tomato Pasta tossed with olive oil, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese
Grilled Zucchini
The Italian for today is che festa. It means: what a feast!
