
I had one of Trader Joe's frozen pizzas last night--one of the super-thin-crust ones that are imported from Italy--and it was absolutely the most authentic Italian pizza I've ever eaten in this country.
Not quite as good as the fresh ones I had when I was living in Florence, but seriously, it was pretty darn close.
The style I had last night was the traditional margarita (mozzarrella, tomato and basil) but they had others--one with goat cheese, I noticed.

The Italian for today is voglio piu'. It means I want more!
