
This martathon thing is going to be seriously cutting into my sleep.
The training schedule for today is 30 minutes of walking, which I did before going to work, but since I'm also doing a warm-up walk and stretching exercises plus a cool-down walk and more streching exercises, it took me a whole hour to do this "30 minute" walk.
Next week, we kick it up to 45 minutes. I'm already getting up before 6:00. By the time we're up to 4 miles a day, I may have to be in bed by 9 o'clock at night!
