
My shins are starting to hurt.
According to the literature, the pain I have (which is on the outside of my leg) "ususally results from an imbalance between the calf muscles and the muscles in the front of the leg and often afflicts beginners who either have not adjusted to the stresses of running or are not stretching enough."
That would be me.
So, OK, I'm just going to have to remember to do more stretching.
