Christmas Comes Early
I got one of those $25 reward certificates from Amazon and turned right around and spent it on this new breadmaking book.
It was one of the textbooks they referred to in my breadmaking class. It's got great photos and a chapter called "Deconstructing Bread: A Tutorial." And it got rave reviews and all kinds of awards...
Anyway, I just had to have it.
