Ghoul Morning
I haven't watched regular TV for several years, but I've started going to the gym in the mornings and the treadmill I ususally end up using is right in front of a TV they have set to a cable channel that plays a weird sort of crime-drama with vampires and zombies.
The show is called Charmed and it's really bad, but I can't take my eyes off it.
Picture this: I get up in the dark, and go to a basement gym, and there I am (barely awake but walking, and sweating) and I'm greeted by this not-quite-campy but goth-to-the-max superhero/crimefighter battling a slew of suit-wearing devils and pouty-lipped demons plus various other scantily clad minions of the netherworld.
It's just too weird for words.
