it is very important to brush your teeth

A picture named toothbrush.jpgThis is my tooth brush.  I use it several times a day.  One thing that my parents (mostly my mom) ingrained in me is that it is very important to brush your teeth.

One time I remember we were out of tooth paste and I asked my mom, "what should I do?"

"There should still be some tooth paste residue on the brush," she said.  And so I brushed my teeth with tooth paste residue.

Then one time we went on a trip somewhere and I didn't have my  tooth brush.  "What should I do?" I asked my mom.

"Brush your teeth with your finger," she said.  And so I brushed my teeth with my finger.

Flash forward: years and years later I had a girlfriend with teeth that didn't look so great.  I didn't mention it at first since I figured it would hurt her feelings.  Afterall, maybe her mom didn't take her to the dentist when she was a kid, who knows.

But then I started to notice that after a night of drinking, my girlfriend would just plop into bed without brushing her teeth.  (Even if I'm stinking drunk, I will always stumble to the bathroom and brush my teeth.  My mom would be partially proud).  Then in the morning we would get up and I would notice that my girlfriend would leave the apartment without brushing her teeth.

Pretty soon, I found myself always looking at my girlfriend's teeth.  There was a greenish hue that I never noticed before, and black spots.  And if I was sober, I realized that her breath was terrible.

Anyway, one day I got a good paying job and I dumped my girlfriend who didn't brush her teeth.

Duh! in deep trouble

Duh!'s ratings seem to be in a terrible spiral.  After a brief spike earlier in the week it seems that viewership is dwindling down to nothing.  Not even putting "with secret lesbian diaries" has helped with this pitiful trend.  (I thought of that ploy after noticing that "my so called lesbian life" still gets fifty hits a day and she hasn't even updated since mid august.)  Probably I have offended my once  diehard feminist and lesbian audiences, and disappointed my male chauvanist(?) audience when they discovered there were no prurient lesbian diaries.

Now what can I resort to? Beastiality pictorals?  Free recipies?  Coupons for free bowling shoes?  Drastic measures will have to be taken or my sponsors will withdraw their funding.
