a very tiny bit of fame
 Many of us dream of seeing our names up in lights for feats of unimaginable greatness.
But sadly, this will not come to frution for most of us. Most of us will go to our graves as anonymous and ordinary simpletons that spent what little time and money we had making other people rich.
Modern life, however, has provided some smaller, alternative venues for people who would like to achieve some level of fame and immortality.
For instance, after I had a slice of pizza and a coke at this place up in Largo, I played a game of Galaga as I avoided going back to work for a while. I didn't play an especially great game--I only got the fourth of fifth level.
But still, I achieved the second highest score of the game and earned the priviledge of putting my initials on the galaga list of honor. Since, I was in kind of a rush I just hit "AAA" and took off. But if you go to this particular pizza place, among all the thousands of strip malls of Largo, you could see the "AAA" that means that I got the second highest score on Galaga.
Then again, they probably turn the game off each night to save electricity, which may have a lot to do with why I got the second highest score to begin with.
But still, its something. Not much, I admit, but something.
Actually, its really nothing.
