blogaholism

Who would have thought a blog could curtail a lifestyle of rampant innebriation.  It was only a few months ago that I was drinking four and five nights a week, plus adding coke and ecstasy and other drugs into the mix.  Then everymorning I would suffer through a miserable hangover as I worked with Bob Bandit to sell tree work.

Now I've become so obsessive about my blogging that I can't stand to leave my computer screen to even go to a bar or club.  I would rather check my hits one more time or post one more stupid story.  The times that I do still go out, I cringe if I have to pay a thirty or forty dollar bar tab thinking of the stickers or banners or propaganda it could have bought me instead.

This change didn't come from any real desire to get clean or be a better person.  I think I've just traded one addiction for another.  That is to say,

"my name is Mark, and I'm a blogaholic."

14 pounds of propaganda

A picture named websticker[1].gifI ordered a thousand duh! stickers of the design showed to the right from a comparny called PS Print.  As soon as I get my proof in the mail I can approve the order and it will go to press.  Then its about ten days until I get  a 14 pound box of propaganda (the stickers).  I can't wait to start stickering every club and coffee house and toilet stall from here to Seattle.  Look for one at a popular hang-out joint near you.
