Too much bitter in that pie.That's it. I'm getting too bitter. After reading this in the comments on Huffington Post today: 5:29:30 PM | "To Phil and other America haters: just
once a day get down on your knees and thank heaven for the good fortune
of living in America. YES, YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL. Don't ever forget
it, despite how much room for improvement remains. After this simple
act of gratitude, go on about the business of bashing George Bush (who,
by the way, is not responsible for the troubles you have in your life).
He has gone to war so that America haters like you can continue to have
the good fortune of living in a society in which they don't get killed
for differing with the government."
I need to take a break from the blogosphere for a few days. I wish you all a reflective and celebratory Memorial Day, to celebrate the lives of those we've lost and reflect on what it means to send people to war. Here's to love and family.
