Cyrus Campen has been photographing his father and documenting his father's decent into mental illness. The artistic results are extraordinary.

One of the true beauties of the internet is the sharing of documentation. We can venture into our own lives, share what is meaningful, and touch others with our work. Cyrus Campen's work is meaningful.

Many of the most educated Iraqis are fleeing in droves to avoid being kidnapped, killed, or worse, to avoid seeing their children kidnapped or killed.

Yeah, we've brought "democracy." Now doctors, lawyers, professors, and everyone with enough money have the choice to get the hell out of there. Democracy's about choice, right?
