Firefly
Last night while eating our take-out Chinese meal, Conor looks out the window and says, “I just saw my first firefly.” Really, we say, somewhat surprised. It seems a bit early in the season. “Well, maybe it was a firefly…or chicken,” he added. Chicken? “Yeah, it could have been the chicken on mom’s fork reflecting off the window.” So, basically, it was either a firefly or a chunk of poultry. Either way, it was the first of the season.
