The Price Of Appeasement
It is in no way an attempt to justify or minimize the vile murder of men, women and children in the train bombing yesterday to point out the outright stupidity of Spain's position in April, 2002 when it joined with such nations as France, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden and Austria to endorse a resolution in the United Nations Human Rights Commission reaffirming "the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for liberation from foreign occupation by all available means including armed struggle."
